Our firm provides a rigorous 1-year genetic health guarantee. Notification of illness immediately upon arrival is required for reimbursement or refunds. All terms are subject to change.

 

Return & Refund Policy Cancellations must be requested via email within 48 hours of purchase to be eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Beyond this period, deposits are strictly non-refundable due to boarding costs.

 

Returns are only considered if significant health issues are verified by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival. Shipping fees are non-refundable and return transit costs are the responsibility of the client. To initiate a claim, please contact our support department at your earliest convenience.
